When  Gregory Syroney was a little boy, he and his father would sit on their front porch in folded metal lawn chairs and they would watch thunderstorms as the storms moved through Rarden, Ohio.

His dad was a firefighter with the local fire department and would keep a close watch on the sky and any sign of storm activity.  His son shared his fascination for the weather and learned a great deal about weather conditions and the possibilities that a storm might bring.

Gregory's interest in storms intensified as he grew older so much that he founded his own non-profit organization, Storm Chaser Center, and has been serving local region by providing forecasts and weather information since August 2005, providing links to National Weather Service with the forecast for Adams, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Scioto Counties in Ohio, along with Greenup and Lewsi Counties in Kentucky.

Services include:  fire forecasts, radars for Wilmington, Ohio and Central Great Lakes Sector, Guides for flash floods and floods, thunderstorms and lightning, tornadoes, winter storms, safe boating tips, heat waves, sky watcher charts, a basic spotter's field guide, National Weather Radio, NOAA Weather Radio, and the Weather Related Reference Guide; in addition to, All Hazards NOAA Weather Radio (S.A.M.E.), Storm Prediction Center Today's Storm Reports, eSPOTTER, Storm Spotter Training Schedule, and CoCoRaHS (Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network).
